I have a lifelong passion for the environment, and find it most rewarding to focus on botanicals, especially Native Plants in my Art. I am intrigued by the beauty and importance of our wildflowers, their habitats—their adaptability in a natural and/or man-made world. The natural world gives me a never ending source of inspiration.

My work reflects my interpretation of nature, through observation in everyday life. I prefer to retain a realistic quality in my work to give a viewer a starting point, then explore a piece for its overall composition, and content, and sometimes add a little whimsy.
I have concern for the Preservation of our Natural Habitats for future generations.

The Art Mediums I use are Watercolor, Pastel, and Acrylic. I Use Professional, heavy grade, acid free, cold press paper. The works of art are framed with Acid free matting and backing. All have glass covering the art work and are framed with either black traditional frame or barn-wood/ silver gray color. Painting sizes are 18" x 24", framed 25" x 31". These are Original works of Art.
