Cottage Rates
Monthly $2100.00
Weekly $595, $750 3-4 People (Includes Taxes)
$125.00 a Night (Two Night Minimum/Includes Taxes)***$20 Each additional person over two, each night.
$145 a One Night Stay ( Includes Taxes)***$20 Each additional person over two, each night.
RESERVATIONS/ CANCELLATIONS
We Accept Personal Checks - Check Must be Received Two Weeks Prior to Stay. An Active Credit Card will be Needed for Reserve and Security.

Check-in is after 3:00PM, Check-out is 11:00AM
Advanced Reservations are Required.
An Active Credit Card will Hold the Cottage until Your Arrival.
No One under Age 25 unless accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation:
We ask that as a Small Inn,
You Understand our Need for
Ample Notice of Cancellation. A Full Refund will
be made if notice of Cancellation is given at least 10 days prior to arrival.
A Gift Certificate will be given for Cancellation with
Less Than 10 days
notice, Unless We can Fill Your Dates Cancelled, then a Full Refund
will be Given.
Smoking and Incense burning is allowed to exterior areas only.
Please no smoking/incense in the home.
Sorry, No Pets Allowed.
